Why risk having to get rid of wrinkles when it’s much easier to stop them before they ever begin? Even the slightest appearance of crows feet is a warning that your must start now. Making a daily skin care routine a habit can keep you wrinkle free for life!

Never forget that internal moisture is just as important to your skin as that it gets from skin creams. If you don’t, or won’t, drink sufficient water, you may as well forget the other steps to wrinkle free skin, as well. Drinking eight to ten (8 oz) glasses of water a day, not counting coffee, soft drinks, etc, should be your target.

For external moisture, choose a good anti wrinkle skin cream. You’ll be happy to learn that good and expensive are not the same thing when dealing with skin creams.

Look for creams what contain shea butter or other natural moisturizers. Be sure that your cream also has collagen as one of it’s main ingredients. Collagen is a skin protein that is used to keep your skin soft and pliable.

There is one other thing that is a must for any skin cream to be effective. If your skin care products don’t provide antioxidants to fight free radicals that form from UV ray exposure (sunlight), get rid of them and start over. The best thing would be to avoid the sun completely. Most of us just can’t do that, so always wear sunblock.

Stopping wrinkles before they start is not that hard. It will mean spending a little time and effort every day. Being wrinkle free, I think, makes it time well spent.
